This is the website (“website”) of bridget black™ provided by Bridget Black PTY Ltd (“bridget black™” or “we” or “us”). The following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns policies and any other laws or regulations which apply to the website, collectively constitute the rules that govern usage of the website, and the products and services provided therein (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).

This Website provides general information about bridgetblack.com and the products and services we offer. We reserve the right to change, delete or move any of the products or information on this website at any time without notice. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the website, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, information or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time with immediate effect.

Changes

Any changes to the website Terms and Conditions will be posted here. Please read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order online. If you do not agree to any change, then you must immediately stop using the website.

Orders

Once you click the ‘submit order” button on the Payment Page your payment will be processed and a confirmation will be displayed on the screen. “Thank you for your order”. You will also receive an email from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order. All bridget black™ customers receive a receipt of purchase. This receipt can be printed out for your referral.

Refunds

If you change your mind for any reason, the cancellation will be acceptable within 24 hours by e-mail at info@bridgetblack.com. Any details received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is faulty in any way. Notification MUST be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. We cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.

For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.

Method of Payment

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard & Visa. For credit card payments we use eWAY. http://www.eway.com.au which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. You will be required to enter the card type, name as it appears on the card, credit card number and it’s expiration date. Credit card details are verified via our secure payment gateway for validity and availability of funds. Once these details have been checked, the transaction is then processed and completed. We do not keep your credit card information anywhere on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days only (Western Australia Date & Time) Monday – Friday and during business hours (9am- 4pm). If orders are placed in the weekend, they will be processed on the next available business day. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different product or receiving a refund. You must ensure that you supply us with the full and correct shipping address. We cannot be responsible for orders that go missing when an address has been incorrectly advised. A re-delivery of the total costs will be at your expense.
