bridget black is happy to ship orders anywhere in Australia. All orders are packed in recycled cardboard boxes and products are protected with 100% LDPE degradable bubble wrap.

bridget black™ make every effort to ensure your products are always available however should we be temporarily out of stock we will email you to inform you of when they will be.
On receipt of your order:
All bridget black™ customers receive a receipt of purchase. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders are processed immediately during our business day (Western Australian Date and Time) Monday to Friday 9am – 5 pm. If your order is received in the weekend we will process this on the first business day provided products are in stock.
Orders outside of Australia:
bridget black™ will send order to most overseas addresses. If you would like to find out how to order products outside of Australia you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
How long will my order take?
bridget black™ sends all orders by Australia Post and you can expect your products to arrive within 7 working days depending on where you live in Australia.

Our delivery conditions:
bridget black™ recommend that you choose a delivery point where somewhere is available to receive the parcel. Should no one be home Australia Post will leave a delivery card so you can collect your parcel at your convenience.
When we have received your order:
Once you click the ‘submit order” button you will notice a screen that says “Thank you for your order”. This is your first sign that the order is being sent. You will also receive an email from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order. This is your receipt.
If you change your mind for any reason, the cancellation will be acceptable within 24 hous by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . Any details received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is faulty in any way. Notification MUST be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can ensure your that your request for a refund is managed appropriately.

For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
